Proudly built by Greater Construction, this project represents a significant step in providing the Pacific community a hand up into owning their own home.

The development consists of two 3-bedroom homes – street facing, with single internal garages, and five 2-bedroom homes with north-facing outdoor living areas and single off-street allocated car parks.
Each color used throughout the development was specifically chosen to represent different aspects of the Pacific Islands. From the sandy white beaches and coconut trees dotted along the coastlines to the crisp blue ocean and family-built fales.

Each color has a story behind it, one that reflects the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of the Pacific Islands. A story that we are proud to be part of.
